🔧  REWORKS:

- Cerilla:

    - FAR C: Changed how this move behaves. Now Cerilla stops his horizontal momentum when close to a standing character.

- Hex:

    - Now hex can only be latched to a grafitti for 10 seconds. After that, they'll automatically fall down.

    - Being latched ot a grafitti no longer recharges cans faster.

⚠  FIXES:

- Fixed a bug that made hit effects play at x2 speed.

- Removed obscene imagery.
