- Cerilla:
    - B attack can no longer launch standing opponents, it also doesn't cause a hard knockdown anymore.

    - Taunt level now decreases the cooldown of his fuego gimmick by a lesser ammount.

🔧  REWORKS:

- Every character in the game now has the same C Close framedata.

- Projectiles are affected by damage scaling now.

⚠  FIXES:

- Fixed a bug with DeSoxi and Cerilla Close C.

- Updated position of the framedata counter in training mode.
